RAM Clutches 98484 Clutch Set

RAM Clutches 98484 Powergrip Clutch Set is designed for Muscle car performance up to 550-Horsepower. RAM Clutches Powergrip Clutch Sets are engineered to meet the challenges of power levels moving up to and beyond 500-Horsepower with a combination of Organic and Metallic Disc Friction Surfaces that effectively increase the clutch capacity to the 550-Horsepower level. The 8-Spring Hub is equipped with RAM Clutches Polycoil Damper Springs encapsulated in polyurethane. This Polycoil Damper Spring can handle three times the shock load of just the coil spring, and is standard in all RAM Clutches Competition Discs. The RAM Clutches Competition Pressure Plate in this Set provides 30-Percent more clamp pressure than stock units, and meets SFI specifications. At this high level of performance, RAM Clutches Powergrip Clutch Sets provide surprisingly good driving characteristics with smooth, comfortable driver control.
